As long as you know your email address, password, and 2FA backup code, you can easily gain back access to your account.

What if I don’t have my 2FA backup? 💾
You can still gain back access to your account. Though this step could take a while, as long as you have enough proof(mostly personal identification documents) that you actually own the account.
To gain back access without your 2FA backup, contact Binance support and thoroughly explain that you lost access to your phone and backup code. After a quick back-and-forth conversation, they’ll then ask you to provide verification documents as proof that you’re the true owner of the account.
Take note that this method can be quite tedious, as Binance needs to be totally sure that you’re not a scammer trying to gain access to a different person’s account.
