Sending tokens like Tether(USDT) and USDC can be quite expensive when making transactions on the Ethereum network. While we have Ethereum Layer-2s such as Optimism and Arbitrum, we also have other cheap blockchains like Solana and Tron to be able to send tokens in a cheap manner.
What is TRC-20? 🤔
TRC-20 is the Tron Network’s token standard.
Without going too much into the technicals — it’s pretty much like Ethereum’s ERC-20 token standard and Solana’s SPL token standard, but TRC-20 is for the Tron Network.
Which exchanges support TRC-20 deposits and withdrawals? ✨
(TRC-20 support is mostly concerning Tether USDT and USDC stablecoins.)
While a few other exchanges also support TRC-20 deposits and withdrawals, we decided not to list them because we’re not sure if they’re legitimate exchanges to start with.
