How to Stake & Unstake Sentinel (DVPN) on Keplr

Prerequisites ✨

  • Keplr wallet
  • Some Sentinel (DVPN)

Quick Note πŸ“˜

When unstaking your Sentinel (DVPN), you’re going to need to wait 21 days before you get access to your coins. Unfortunately, there’s no way around this as the staking system is purposely designed this way.

Staking Sentinel (DVPN) πŸ’°

  1. Head over to wallet.keplr.app and connect your Keplr wallet
  2. Under Sentinel, click on Stake
  3. Pick a validator that shares a good amount of revenue to stakers, then click on Manage > (the lower the Commission percentage, the better!)
  4. Click on Delegate
  5. Enter in the amount of Sentinel (DVPN) you want to stake, then click on Delegate
  6. Approve the Keplr wallet transaction

Congratulations! You now have staked your Sentinel (DVPN).

Unstaking Sentinel (DVPN) πŸ€‘

  1. Head over to wallet.keplr.app and connect your Keplr wallet
  2. Under Sentinel, click on Stake
  3. The amount of Sentinel (DVPN) you staked and the pending rewards should appear. Click on Manage >
  4. Click on Undelegate
  5. Enter in the amount of Sentinel (DVPN) you want to unstake, then click on Undelegate
  6. Approve the Keplr wallet transaction

Congratulations! You have now unstaked your Sentinel (DVPN). You will have access to your Sentinel (DVPN) coins after 21 days.

Where can I buy Sentinel (DVPN)? πŸ›’

Unfortunately, Sentinel (DVPN) isn’t available to trade on reputable centralized exchanges.

If you want to buy Sentinel (DVPN), you first need to buy Cosmos (ATOM) on exchanges such as FTX and Binance, then exchange the ATOM for Sentinel (DVPN) on the Osmosis DEX.

Final Thoughts πŸ—’

Staking is great and all that, but always make sure your funds are secure. To achieve this, we always recommend using a nice hardware wallet like a Ledger.
