No. You will need to use a different mobile number if you want to have a secondary Binance account.
It’s the same with personal identification documents, whereas if you want to have a secondary Binance account, you can’t use the same identification documents with your first account, with the second.
(e.g. You can’t use your passport on 2 accounts, but you can use a passport for the first, and a driver’s license for the second.)

If you only have one mobile number and aren’t willing to get a second one, you can simply use a different exchange as your secondary.
