Since Binance allows multiple accounts per person, chances are, you’ve probably run into this problem.
The solution
Binance allows multiple accounts per person, but you will be required to submit different identification documents for each account. (e.g. if you used your driver’s license on the first account, probably use something else like your passport for the second account.)
The same applies to your phone number — the only way to go around this is to use a separate phone number for your second account.
Alternative solution
While Binance is definitely great, you could also probably try using a different equally-great exchange like FTX (sign up here for 5% off fees). Other alternatives include KuCoin, OKX, and Huobi.
